ADISA Certification

 A UKAS Accredited company.

What is accreditation?

Accreditation determines the technical competence, reliability and integrity of Conformity Assessment Bodies. The UK Accreditation Service is the sole accreditation body for the United Kingdom and through an in-depth assessment process spanning over six months have accredited ADISA Certification to audit against ADISA Standard 8.0. Accredited organisations are competent and can be trusted to deliver promised levels of performance and protection for the products and services against which the approval is given.

Accreditation vs Certification : What is the difference? (UKAS)

How does ADISA's UKAS accreditation help you?

  • As a UK Certification Scheme, ADISA Standard 8.0 has been officially approved by the Information Commissioner's Office but it is the audit rigour which is imperative. UKAS accreditation verifies that ADISA's audit process is robust, impartial and consistent which provides assurance that awards made to companies who hold ADISA Certification have demonstrable benefit where compliance and data protection is concerned.
  • As the independent accreditation service, UKAS has a continued oversight over ADISA . With twice yearly surveillance audits, ADISA's continued adherence to ISO 17065 and the additional requirements of the ICO as a UK GDPR Certification scheme, are verified on an ongoing basis.
