LANYARDS
£650 - All visitors must wear a lanyard with their identification badge clearly displayed. These badges will be used for networking and sponsor logos would be clearly displayed on the lanyard.
RECEPTION
This is the first and last place all visitors will pass. Create a lasting impression for your brand by sponsoring the spaces below.
VIDEO WALL
£500 each - Exhibitor supplied content (3840x2160 px, JPG/PNG/MP4(h264)). Never for sole use. This is the main screen on the ground floor and will be passed by all delegates. The screen will play on a 30 second loop, along with the QEII promotional loop a, the ADISA loop and any other sponsors.
REGISTRATION SCREENS
£20 each per screen (max 4)- Exhibitor supplied content (2560x1080px, JPG/PNG)
ROOM SCREENS
£20 each per screen (max 3)- Exhibitor supplied content (1920x1080, JPG/PNG) - This screen will be the navigation point to the conference, on the ground floor and next to the Lifts that all delegates will use.
CAMBRIDGE
After exiting the lifts this you enter the Cambridge room. This will be the main exhibition space where lunch, drinks and refreshment breaks will occur. This room connects with the Mountbatten Stage and the Windsor Stage.
WINDOW VINYLS X3
£500 total. 3x windows- to the bannister bar vinyl posters, estimated depending on the actual size of the artwork supplied. As visitors exit the lifts, they walk through this corridor and look straight at these vinyls.
XL ADHESIVE VINYL
£1500 total. This massive sponsorship opportunity extends the entire first left wall as you enter the Cambridge room. There will be exhibitor stalls opposite, and all visitors must pass by this any time they use the lift, the toilets on that side and to enter and leave the space.
STAIRCASE ADHESIVE VINYL X3
£200 each (max 6). 600mmx600mm. As these images are inevitable on a 'slant' they need to be double-sided. These vinyl's will be on the glass of the staircase, and gives your images an eye-catching height. It sits in the heart of the busy Cambridge room, with exhibitors moving to see speakers in the room above, catering and exhibitors in the Cambridge room and toilets just on the left of the staircase.
PILLARS WRAPS X4 MINIMUM
£2000 for 4 minimum (£450 per pillar after that). Dotted around the Cambridge room, keep visitors seeing your brand with this spectacular sponsorship opportunity.
WINDOW VINYLS
POA. Max 6 overlooking the entire Cambridge room, right above the catering table.
MOUNTBATTEN
This is the largest speaker room at the conference. This can hold 160 people at any time.
XL ADHESIVE VINYL
£1300 total. This massive sponsorship opportunity extends the entire wall outside of the Mountbatten room - The largest speaker space at the conference. There will be partner stalls opposite, and visitors will look directly at it as they come up the staircase.
Hang down posters
£1000 per poster (max 2). Your posters will be centre stage in the largest speaker room (max capacity of 161 at any given time) and will feature the ADISA Conference logo too.
